This grant includes, without limitation or expiry date, and without reimbursement, the right to publish such images in a newsletter, website(s), social media, and PR/promotional materials, such as marketing, publications, advertisements, fundraising materials, newspaper, and any other related publication or documentation. These images may appear in any of the wide variety of formats and media now and in the future, including but not limited to print, broadcast, videotape, DVD, and electronic/online media.
