Disclaimer and Parental Agreement for Application 申請之免責聲明及家長同意書
1. I have read and understand the Admission Procedure, Fees and Tuition in the school website and agree to abide by them. I certify that the information to be submitted are complete to the best of my knowledge.
本人已閱讀並知悉學校網頁上有關入學申請程序、費用及學費之事宜並同意遵守上述條款。本人證明所有遞交之資料均屬真實及正確無誤。
2. I understand that if I fail to provide accurate information about this application, RMKG reserves the right to restrict entryinto or withdraw the applicant’s place from the school.
本人知悉如本人未能提供正確及真實的申請資料,本校有權保留申請人入學或撤回學位之權利。
3. School decision on all applications is final, no details regarding individual application will be provided.
本學校有權作最終選取的決定,並不會提供個別取錄準則。
4. I have read the Admissions Timeline and agree to abide by it.
本人已詳細閱讀入學申請時間程序表並同意遵守上述條款。
5. RMKG shall contact parents via email or SMS, or their mobile phone respectively, on all matters relating to the student and to the school.
家長會不定時通過電郵或短訊收到由本校發放有關學生及學校的資訊。
6. Deposit($970)is rePuired if a child is accepted to RMKG.
成功申請者,務必繳交按金($970)。
7. Withdrawal of students before and/or during the academic year rePuires a two months written notice, failing which the parent will be rePuired to pay the school two months school fee in lieu of notice. The start month for each academic year
is September, therefore a withdrawal notice from a student to be enrolled in the new academic year must reach the admission office at admission@rmkg.edu.hk before 31st May. (The summer holiday month of August is not included when
calculating the in lieu of notice payment for all students, including incoming students.)
在學年開始前及/或學年中退學,學生必須於退學向學校提交兩個月之書面通知。如未能提交上述書面通知,則須繳交 兩個月學費。 每個學年於九月開始計算, 故此所有新生的退學通知必須於 5 月 31 日或之前前電郵admission@rmkg.edu.hk 至入學部。(所有學生包括新生,暑假的 8 月將不包括在計算通知金的月份內。)
