  • Please note that priority will be given to organisations on the ESSA shortlist to register two participants. Organisations wishing to register more than two participants can do so on a first come first served basis. You may be contacted to be put on a waitlist if the event is reaching maximum capacity. 

     

    The Awards Ceremony will take place over two half days:

    04 November, 6.00 PM - 10.00 PM

    • Ceremony where the awards will be presented followed by dinner

    05 November, 9.00 AM - 2.00 PM

    • Exhibition area with opportunities to network with ceremony attendees and a panel discussion on the ESSA theme 'Promoting Inclusive Communities'

    Participation in the second day networking event is included in the event fee

  • Exhibition

    All shortlisted projects are invited to participate in the Exhibition during in the morning of Day 2. Each organisation will be allocated a high or low table and are welcome to display materials such as roll ups, flyers, posters, brochures or other small merchandise in relation to their project.

    The exhibition will be set up for 1.5 – 2 hours and is the opportunity for participants to engage with and learn about the other shortlisted projects at the Awards.

  • Visit Social Projects in the City of Lisbon

  • These activities give delegates the opportunity to visit local social projects in the City of Lisbon. They take place outside of the official event programme on the morning of Monday 04th November & Tuesday 05th November.

    There are 4 tours to choose from on 4 Nov. and 2 tours to choose from on 5 Nov.

              The Online Event Networking Platform allows event attendees to connect with each other, schedule meetings, make partnership partnership proposals. You can filter delegates and organisations based on geographical region and employment area to find those relevant for you.
