FAILURE TO DO SO WILL CAUSE FOX TRAIL PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION TO HAVE IT REPAIRED AT THE PROPERTY OWNER'S EXPENSE. IF YOU FEEL THAT THERE IS PREEXISTING ROAD DAMAGE, YOU MUST SUBMIT A PHOTOGRAPH SHOWING THE DAMAGE PRIOR TO BEGINNING CONSTRUCTION THAT SHOWS THE DAMAGE AND THE LOCATION.
ARTICLE II, SECTION 12, COVENANTS & RESTRICTIONS: THE NATURAL FLOW OF WATER SHALL NOT BE INTERRUPTED BY A PROPERTY OWNER OF THE ASSOCIATION, HAVING PROPERTY ELEVATED SO THAT WATERFLOW IS OBSTRUCTED ORRETARDED, CAUSING A CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER OR POTENTIAL DANGER OF HEALTH AND SAFETY TO OTHER RESIDENTS OR PROPERTY OWNERS OF THE ASSOCIATION BECAUSE OF FLOODING OR OTHER WATER RELATED DAMAGE.

- A COMPLETE SET OF PLANS BEARING CERTIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE TO PALM BEACH COUNTY AND SBCCI STANDARD BUILDING CODE EITHER BY PALM BEACH COUNTY BUILDING AND ZONING APPROVAL STAMP, OR AFFIDAVIT FROM THE ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER OF RECORD BEARING HIS EMBOSSED SEAL
- A CURRENT SURVEY SHOWING WHERE NEW CONSTRUCTION WILL BE LOCATED ON PROPERTY
- PHOTOGRAPHS OF EXISTING RESIDENCE AND ANY EXISTING STRUCTURES ON PROPERTY
- PAINT SAMPLES TO MATCH EXISTING RESIDENCE
- AFFIDAVIT-BARN CONSTRUCTION NO COMMERCIAL USE-SIGNED AND NOTARIZED
THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE WILL KEEP ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION ON FILE.
