Job Description: Closer / Account Executive

For our coaching business, Consistent Scaling & Performance, we are looking for a skilled Closer to join our team and convert leads into clients by effectively handling objections and closing sales.

We help agency owners hit 100k+ p/m while cutting their time in operations in half...

... by improving their sales, operations & team.

Mission

Drive new business revenue by

1. Generating conversations with potential clients

2. Converting those conversations into front end sales

Responsibilities

- Close deals by having strategy calls with leads who have been qualified by appointment setters.

- Conduct follow-up strategy calls and provide persistent follow-up through text, email, and other channels as needed.

-Track and manage lead interactions and sales progress in our CRM system.

- Manage pipeline and consistently do short and long term follow ups

-Attend daily sales meetings with comprehensive updates and insights on deal progress.

-Prepare and review detailed end-of-day reports (EODs) to monitor and analyze sales performance and conversion metrics.

Requirements - Who are we looking for?

- At least one year of active experience in closing deals through call-based interactions.

- You’re familiar with the high ticket & agency space

- You’re looking for a long-term HOME in a position, not a quick cash grab from one offer to the next.

- You’re willing to work mainly on a performance basis and work with uncapped commissions.

- You have excellent writing and speaking skills in English.

- You are hungry, proactive, and driven to hit your targets

- You are 100% committed to us: A full-time permanent position with uncovered commission does not scare you, but on the contrary: You see the huge opportunity behind it and accept the challenge!

- You know and use scripts. But: You are present with the other person, genuinely care and are interested, and ask the right questions.
