Directors and co-directors of this event has sole authority to disqualify contestants without refund for poor sportsmanship by anyone and the right to refuse entries based on bad sportsmanship at future events. I/we agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of said event. I/we agree to pay all fees including, but not limited to attorney fees for any violations of this agreement.

ALL CONTESTANTS AND SPECTATOR MUST HAVE A PAID ENTRY TO THE FESTIVAL.

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! ATTIRE DOES NOT MATTER! PUT ON YOUR BEST FALL/APPLE WEAR THIS EVENT IS ABOUT PERSONALITY AND FESTIVAL FUN! THINK CUTE, SWEET, MODEST, AND FALL. ENSURE IT IS AGE APPROPRIATE.

*APPLE FESTIVAL PAGEANT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COMBINE ANY AGE DIVISION IF LESS THAN 5 CONTESTANTS.

WINNERS MAYBE ASKED TO REPRESENT THEIR TITLE IN PROMOTIONAL EVENTS FOR UPCOMING FESTIVALS AND EVENTS.
