Release of Liability for INKpreneurs Summit 2024
In consideration for being allowed to participate in the INKpreneurs Summit 2024, I release from liability and waive my right to sue INKpreneurs Summit, their employees, officers, volunteers, and agents (collectively “INKpreneurs Summit”) from any and all claims, including claims of INKpreneurs Summit’s negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death), or economic loss I may suffer or which may result from my participation in this Summit, travel to and from the Summit (including air travel), or any events incidental to this Summit.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Reservations must be made directly with DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Winston Salem - University before October 10, 2024, at 5 pm to take advantage of our contracted rates. Our room block is limited, so make your reservations as soon as possible. See the booking link for complete details.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you discover you cannot attend the INKpreneurs Summit 2024 after you’ve registered, the following refund policy will apply:
- More than 60 days before the Summit: full refund, less a 20% processing fee
- 30-59 days prior to the Summit: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days before the Summit: non-refundable, but you may transfer your registration to another attendee. You are responsible for finding the individual to whom you wish to transfer your registration and informing the Summit registrar of the change by emailing Ella Clarke at ella@inkpreneurssummit.com
HARASSMENT POLICY
By registering for the INKpreneurs Summit 2024, whether as an attendee, guest, partner or vendor, I agree to abide by the Summit's Sexual Harassment Policy, which can be found HERE.
