Electric Needs: The Grove Park does not offer electricity. If you need electricity for your setup, your own super quiet generators are welcomed provided that they are surrounded by 4 cones and are accompanied by a tagged and licensed fire extinguisher will will be inspected by the fire department upon arrival.

Application & Payment:
Complete and submit your application along with payment. No refunds unless the event is canceled by organizers.
Setup & Breakdown:
Setup begins at 9:00 AM, and vendors must be ready by 11:00 AM. Breakdown starts at 4:00 PM and must be finished by 6:30 PM. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their space and properly sorting trash and recyclables.
Booth Requirements:
Vendors must provide their own 10x10 tent, securely weighted. No stakes allowed. Vendors are responsible for their setup and cleanup.
Sales:
Food vendors must offer at least three tasting-size portions for $5. Vendors manage their own payments and must price products fairly.
Liability:
Vendors are responsible for their own property and liability insurance. The event is not liable for lost or damaged items.
Laws & Regulations:
Vendors must comply with all applicable laws.
Sponsor Fees
