The nomination period will run from Wednesday February 11 – Wednesday February 25th at 4pm Eastern!

Following the nomination period, a campaign period of a minimum of two weeks will occur, running from Wednesday February 25th until the AGM on Thursday, March 19th.

Voting on contested positions will then open at the AGM and run for 5 days via Simply Voting.

Election Timeline:

Nomination Period: Wednesday February 11 – Wednesday February 25th at 4pm
Campaign Period: Wednesday February 25th - Thursday, March 19th
Voting period: Opens at the AGM on Thursday, March 19th through Tuesday, March 24th at 4pm.

Supporter forms:

When running for an executive position, nominees must have the support of two members of the local.

Supporters for unit-specific positions (Lead Stewards, and Vice-Presidents) MUST be from the same unit as the applicant.

Upon submission of the nomination form, the supporters will be automatically contacted to endorse the nomination via a pre-populated supporter form. Both supporter forms must be submitted before the deadline in order for the nomination to be considered complete. The form will be disabled at the close of the nomination period.
