  • Special Orders are placed with our distributor, or local vendors, and are subject to availability. Fulfillment may take up to 2-3 weeks depending, but generally most items are available within 4-5 business days. 

    Owner Discount: 10% off retail
    OR the current sale price, whichever discount is greater. 

    Non-Owners may purchase Special orders at our regular retail price, or the current sale price. 

    Case Discounts may not be combined with any extra offers, or Member discounts. 

  • What would you like to order?

    Please include as much detail as possible, including brand name, size, flavor, etc. Packaged items generally come in cases of 6, 12, or 24 packs depending on the product. Bulk items such as oatmeal generally come in 25 or 50 lb. bags. If you have the item number, PLU or UPC code, please include this information.

  • You will be contacted via email confirm case size and totals BEFORE we place your order. Submitting this form is NOT a confirmation we can fulfill your order. 

    After we confirm your order, it may take up to 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. You will receive a status update if your item is ready for pick up, or if your item is out of stock. We will send you an email with your status.

    We will call you when your order is ready for pick up. 

    Pick up: When you arrive at the store, let a staff member know that you are picking up a special order. Please let them know what items you are picking up. 

    Your special order is to be paid at pick up. We do not accept any pre-pay or deposit for any special order. Your case order must be purchased in total and the full amount must be paid at time of pick up.
