We'll create an account for your lucky gift recipient that is pre-loaded with 12 massages which they can use anytime over a period of 12 months plus all the benefits of membership throughout the year.

Important understandings:

The 12 gifted member credits are available for the duration of the one year membership.

Unlike month-to-month memberships, gift memberships will not auto renew after 12 months, and gift membership benefits cannot be shared.

The gift member can purchase additional massage, gift certificates and extra massage time at member rates for the duration of their one year membership.

Member rates for additional massage are 20% below standard rates. Should standard rates for massage increase, member rates will increase accordingly.

For clarity, both the gift recipient and gift giver are asked to agree to the understandings below. (The gift recipient will need to sign these agreements at the time of their first appointment.)

I understand and agree to the following:*

MASSAGE CREDITS: The 12 massage credits included in my gift are valid for 12 months only. Expired credits cannot be recovered. Massage credits (current or expired) cannot be converted to gift certificates.MEMBER RATES: For the duration of this one year membership, gift certificates, additional massage appointments and additional massage time are available to the gift recipient at specially discounted member rates. Member rates are 20% below standard rates. Should standard rates for massage increase, member rates will increase accordingly.LATE CANCELLATIONS: The credited account will be charged one full massage credit or equivalent value for any appointments scheduled under the membership account that are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice. If the account holder cannot make thier appointment, it thier responsibility to give 24 hours’ advanced notice, or arrange for someone else to take thier place.NO-SHOWS: The credited account will be charged for any missed appointments under my membership.BEING KIND (The Sanity Clause): I will act in a manner that is courteous and respectful in all interactions with Deep Roots staff.
