Each deal is different and we are not responsible if our network doesn't like your deal. We will do our best to fund your deal up to 75% LTARV. Our fee on this transaction will be $3000, which covers deal structure, the capital raise, underwriting, and transaction coordination for our lenders. This will be paid at close of escrow.
