By confirming this, you agree that the Financing Coordinator finding you gap funding or private money is agreeing to do their best to get you funded, but can make no guarantee. Each deal is different and we are not responsible if our network doesn't like your deal. We will do our best to fund your deal up to 75% LTARV. Our fee on this transaction will be $3000, which covers deal structure, the capital raise, underwriting, and transaction coordination for our lenders. This will be paid at close of escrow.
