GUIDELINES:

1 Form = 1 Slot / 1 Kit
1 Kit = 1 Receipt (STRICTLY 1:1 Receipt).
Multiple slots per day are not allowed.
Strictly no cancellations and pasalo of slot.
No show = banned.

- EVENT DETAILS
  - LOCATION: BLK 12 Cafe, Lanson Place MOA
  - DATE: September 29, 2024
  - TIME: 1:00PM to 5:00PM
  - KIT FEE: Inclusive of full kit inclusion,event activities, and photo area. Food and drinks not included, must purchase minimum of ONE SET OF CUPCAKES in collaboration with Lanson Place, MOA at the venue.

  - We will request that all attendees to bring flat shoes as the cafe can only cater a limited amount of seated pax.
  - The final opportunity to register will be 30 minutes before the time ends.
  Please be reminded that you have to present and surrender your order code and receipt to get your kit on event day.

- TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  - EVERY CSE registrants is required to order ONE SET OF CUPCAKES per kit. To claim your kit, presentation of receipt/proof is required. *STRICTLY 1 Receipt = 1 kit , no combined receipts.
  - Strictly NO CANCELLATIONS and NO PASALO. Failure to show within the period means slot is automatically cancelled and possible non-inclusion on future RenhyuckPH projects.
  - All attendees of the said event are free to distribute freebies.
  - Walk-ins are NOT ALLOWED. Gate pass will be distributed by Lanson Place.
  - If there are damages done to the properties of the said cafe, we will be charging every person with the total amount of the said damages divided by the total pax.
  - We are not liable for any of your belongings.
  - Failure to comply to any of the said conditions will result to cancellation of slot/s.
  - Please double check your details before submitting.
    
    TERMS & CONDITIONS of LANSON PLACE:
  - No gate pass no entry, only registrants on the event are allowed to enter.
    The store strictly follows CLAYGO.
  - Please make sure to keep your surroundings clean before, during, and after the event. Bussing of tables will be done after the event proper.
  - Lanson Place Hotel are not liable for any loss, damage, theft, injuries, or any expense due to sickness before, during, and after the event. Please keep an eye on your belongings.
  - Organizers and attendees will be held liable for any damages that may cause to happen before, during, and after the event.
