Before you complete your application, please read the following and answer the 2 questions to confirm your eligibility;

The Fearless Women's Forest Gathering is a huge collaboration between many women. It takes around 100 women to bring this life changing event together. These women need to be connected and unified to lay the foundations for a safe space for the attendees. We achieve this by bringing the collaborators together through zoom meetings 1 week before the event and holding an intention setting ceremony 2 hours before the festival commences.

If you cannot commit to the following due to family or work commitments, please do not apply. We will be happy to receive your application in future years when you are able to commit to the following;

Fearless Women's Forest Gathering will be at our new location, so please read the form carefully to be aware of the changes. Especially in regards to self-catering and accommodation.

Being a collaborator in previous years does not guarantee acceptance at the Fearless Women’s Forest Gathering 2024. We wish we could say YES to everyone, but due to limited space at the site, only a select number of stallholders, readers and healers will be able to attend.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Healers will have their own stall for the duration of the weekend. It will be possible to share your stall with another healer or reader (you must both submit an application) so that you are free to enjoy some of the festival.

Healers/Readers will be required to supply their own marquees, tables, chairs and any other equipment that they need. If you do not have 3 x 3m marquee, we can set one up for you for an additional cost of $88.

Healing tents will not have access to electricity.

Healers/Readers will be required to have their own public liability insurance and public indemnity insurance.

FEES

3 X 3m stall = $220 for the duration of the festival. This includes camping and your festival entry.

If you are sharing your stall with another healer or reader, they will also need to pay $220. This will allow you both to take it in turns working and enjoying everything the festival has to offer.

The fee does not include meals. As there are no cooking facilitaties whatsoever at the new venue, we have discounted the catering packages to $80 which includes 6 catered meals from Friday evening through to Sunday lunch.

Please note that if you are self-catering, you must supply your own refrigeration (or esky with ice) and cooking equipment. There are absolutely no cooking facilities at the new venue.

Glamping upgrades are available for an additional $120 per person. There will be 4 women (crew members) in each glamping tent.

Final date for acceptance of offers is Tuesday February 4th 2025.
Final date for invoice payment Friday February 28th, 2025.

APPLICANTS WHO HAVE NOT PAID THEIR INVOICE BY FEBRUAY 28th, 2024 WILL FORFEIT THEIR APPLICATION.

IN THE UNFORTUNATE EVENT THAT YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR PARTICIPATION, REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED (MINUS A 30% ADMIN FEE) IF CANCELLATION IS MORE THAN 4 WEEKS FROM THE EVENT.

CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 4 WEEKS OF THE EVENT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

While we'd love to welcome everyone who applies to be a healer or reader at the Fearless Women's Forest Gathering, we maintain a balanced ratio of healers/readers to customers to ensure a successful weekend for all. To increase your chances of being involved, we encourage women who are also stallholders or facilitators to apply in those categories as well. Please note, you can only be accepted in one category. HEALERS & READERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All healers must have their own public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance.

All stalls are unpowered. This means that hot stone massage and red light therapy will not be possible.

Bump in is BEFORE 10am on Friday May 2nd.

Stalls must be open and attended during the following times;

Friday May 2nd: 2pm-6pm (Evening optional but own lighting required).
Saturday May 3rd: 9am – 6pm (Evening optional but own lighting required)
Sunday May 4th: 9am – 12pm

The cost of all offerings must be clearly displayed.

Sound healing instruments must be used in a manner that is courteous to other stalls within the vacinity.

Stall and bay areas must be kept clean, tidy and hazard free at all times - please pay particular attention to tripping hazards.

Marquees etc will need to be safely secured with weights. Pegs and star pickets are recommended.

Any damage caused by a healer or reader to the site or elsewhere shall be rectified by and at the expense of the stallholder.

Healing tables, chairs and marquees for the stall are to be provided by the healer/reader. Marquee hire is available for an additional $88.

The event is held outdoors and will be on a grassed area.

Healers and readers must be aware of meal times. To prevent guests from missing out on meals, sessions must not take up the entire meal service.

FEARLESS WOMEN’S FOREST GATHERING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following;

This event is restricted to women or people who identify as women, 18 years and over.

An entry ticket will be issued to successful applicants.

The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.

Although alcohol is permitted, we would like to keep the energy and vibration as high as possible. We are therefore asking that nobody drinks before 6pm and that alcohol will be consumed in a moderate fashion. By moderate, we mean 2 standard drinks.

Illicit drugs and psychedelic plant medicines are not permitted at this event.

Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises.

If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

Some activities are recreational and involve a degree of risk and exertion. I agree that I will engage in these activities at my own risk. I take 100% responsibility for my own person. I acknowledge that this document represents a release and discharge from legal responsibility in favour of Carolyne Forte, Michelle Cherry and all persons associated with Fearless Women’s Forest Gathering and Holistic Wellness Community.

I agree to take note and abide by all Rules, Warning Notices and instructions issued by Fearless Women’s Forest Gathering staff and volunteers.

To the full extent permitted by law, I agree to waive and release Fearless Women’s Forest Gathering and Holistic Wellness Community from all actions, claims or suits no matter how they occur including for negligence, breach of contract and under section 64 and 64A of the Australian consumer law with respect to any loss, cost expense or damage I might suffer because of undertaking the activities, using the equipment and facilities, or receiving training or instruction relation to the activities.

I consent to Fearless Women’s Forest Gathering and Holistic Wellness Community taking any necessary action to assist with my welfare including the administration of any emergency medical treatment or the engagement of medical services including an ambulance. I also agree to be responsible for and indemnify Fearless Women’s Forest Gathering and Holistic Wellness Community for the cost of any treatment incurred for my welfare.

I understand that I may be photographed, filmed or digitally recorded and I consent to these being used for promotion such as but not limited to websites, social media or television. I acknowledge that you own all rights (including copyright) in the recordings.

This question is for people purchasing the catering package. The catering for the weekend will be vegetarian with vegan and gluten free options. Dietary requirements outside of this scope will need to self cater. Please tick what applies to you:

By clicking this statement, I acknowledge that if I am accepted as a healer or reader, I must arrive BEFORE 10am on Friday May 2nd and stay until the conclusion of the closing ceremony on Sunday May 4th at 3pm. If I can't commit to these times, my application will not be successful.

By clicking this statement, I acknowledge that if I am accepted as a healer or reader and do not purchase catering in the ticketing process, I will need to self cater as there will be no food trucks. I also understand that I will need to provide my own refrigeration and cooking equipment.

If I do consume alcohol, it will be in a moderate fashion, being no more than a few standard drinks. I also understand that illicit drugs and psychedelic plant medicines are not permitted at this event.

By clicking this statement, I acknowledge and understand that as per the events conditions, cancellations more than 4 weeks from the event will be refunded (minus a 30% administration fee). Cancellations within 4 weeks of the event are non-refundable.

I give permission for my photographic and filmed image from this event to be used on social media, YouTube and the Holistic Wellness Community website.
