    • Two x 4 week training blocks to ensure progress and make sure you don't get bored.
    • Choose from 3, 4 or 5 day gym/home weights program that takes into account other forms of exercise you want to incorporate (e.g. HIIT classes, boxing, running).
    • Personalised step targets to maximise fat loss that fit into your busy lifestyle.
    • BONUS - Workouts of the Week (WOW) to challenge yourself.
    • Benchmark testing of in weeks 1 and 8 to see how you progress over the course of the challenge.
    • Weekly bootcamps.
