To be considered for any or all of the Art Crawl dates, you must complete this application in its entirety, providing all necessary information to facilitate our decision-making process. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Once 20 artists have been selected for a given date, subsequent submissions will be placed on a waiting list in the event of cancellations.
There are no fees to participate. A total of 20 art booths will be selected for each Art Crawl date.

Submission Deadlines (until all spaces are filled) are as follows:
- March 15
- May 15
- July 15
- September 15
Up to 3 demo artists, requiring less than a typical 10x10' tent space, are welcome at each event. While demo artists are encouraged to bring items for sale as they showcase their craft, having a full booth set-up is not required.
For those new to the art fair experience, we offer guidance on booth setup, payment processing, and social media promotion. Our mentor-friendly community of seasoned artist-entrepreneurs is here to support and help you on your journey! Please share your experience level (or lack thereof) to assist us in providing the appropriate support.
