Indemnity Agreement

As a participant, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Women's Expo HSV, along with its agents and volunteers, from any and all claims, damages, actions, liabilities, and expenses arising from loss of life, personal injury, or property damage caused wholly or in part by any act or omission of myself, my agents, contractors, or employees.

By clicking "Agree and Continue," I acknowledge and consent to this indemnity agreement and its associated policies.

All Ad's must be submitted by January 10th to be included in the ad book.

All logo's and business information if being designed by us must be submitted by January 10th as well.

Please note, that there will not be any refunds for any reason.

If you need your ad designed there is an additional $50 for that. You do not get to pick your design. You will be able to see your final ad design after the book is printed.
