ENTRY FEE DETAILS (All fees includes the $60 CCA fees) - REGISTER BY NOV 18th FOR LOWEST ENTRY FEES:

Early Entry: $140 until Oct 18th.

Regular Entry: $160 after Oct 18th and until Nov 18th.

Late Registration Penalty:

>>> $160 + Add $50 penalty after Nov 18th until Dec 4th;

>>> $160 + Add $100 penalty After Dec 4th until Dec 17th

No Registrations after Dec 17th 2024 without permission from the Organizer and/or Chief Arbiter – There could be additional penalty fee imposed including no pairing for Round #1).

- MASKS are optional but maybe recommended depending based on guidance from Local and State authorities at that time
- Coaches, Parents, Accompanying Persons and Guests MUST all have badges to access the Playing venue (Tournament/Meeting Rooms, Hallways outside tournament room and Skittles area)
- Food is NOT allowed in the Playing hall. Only Water cups or small closed liquid bottles will be allowed
- Organizer provided sets MUST be used
- Organizer provided scoresheets MUST be used
- Players (including Minor Children) will be photographed occasionally and pictures taken will be posted on official website and/or social media by the Organizer (Any exceptions/waivers to this MUST be notified in advance to the Organizer in the Comments box of this form)
- Fair Play Policy: Organizer reserves the right to scan players before each round. Players MUST agree for random checks before, during or after the game.
