Replacements & Shipping Inaccuracies

Original Quality: means original packaging with all the paperwork and tools.
The day shipments arrive: carefully review the packing slip and compare it to your payment invoice. Report any discrepancies within 10 days for free shipping. Items reported after 10 days are the responsibility of the owner/contractor for shipping and replacement costs.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the materials. Shipping is the owner/contractors responsibility. Inaccuracies (Items bought but not shipped or wrong items shipped) are the responsibility of MainStream Corporation, authorized dealer for sales and service.

Returns in Original Quality, after 30 days of receiving the materials 30-60 days, 15% restock fee. Or Full price store credit.

Returns after 60 days are considered buy-back and incur a 40% restocking fee. OR 80% store credit.

Store credit is good for 6 months and CAN BE applied to consulting services at published hourly rates.
