- i agree that i will be ready to send my deposit immediately and have read through the cancellation/rescheduling and late policies in my FAQ. i also understand that my deposit is going toward the final cost of my tattoo and will not be refundable.
- i am sure of the design i chose, and any extensive changes that must be made on the day of my appointment will result in a drawing fee, rescheduling, or both.
- i agree to bring a valid form of government identification on the day of my appointment or i will not be tattooed. (passport, driver's license, or state issued ID)
- i agree to pay the decided price for the tattoo at the end of my session. i understand that a quote is just a rough estimate for the overall price.
