Contract:

The dog’s owner hereby retains Nxt Level Canine to train their dog under the following terms & conditions:

1. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. A spot will not be held until payment is received along with this signed training agreement. These items must be received before the commencement of the first class.

2. Services: Classes are taught by Jesse Rodriguez, a professional dog trainer, who, at his discretion, may refuse entry to a pet that is not healthy, shows aggressive behavior, or does not seem suitable for the services provided.

3. Payment: Payment is due before the start of training. Refunds will not be given upon the completion of the first group class session.

4. Removal from Training: Our trainers, at their sole discretion, may remove a pet from class if a hazard or threat of any nature to any other animals or person is present. No refund will be given under such circumstances.

5. Hold Harmless: The owner will hold Nxt Level Canine and its owner free and harmless from any and all claims, liability, damages, loss, or expenses arising out of any injury to any person or to any persons property by the dog(s) named in this contract, while in the care, custody and control of the client and/or dog owner, or while in the care, custody or control of either company. The owner agrees that the location and/or trainer shall not be liable for loss or injury to the animal for any reason.

6. Please be aware that we might post your dog on social media and speak about their behavior. This contract means that you are aware, that we will use your dog’s likeness at any time, before, during, and/or after training on our website, social media platforms, and any other media we might choose. You are of course welcome to share posts and pictures of your pup that are featured on our sites.

I have read and understand this contract between myself and Nxt Level Canine and I have discussed any questions or concerns I have with the trainer. I understand that by submitting this contract I have read and understand everything in this contract and that it is binding even if I do not provide a signature.
