**Terms and Conditions**By participating in the promotions at My Wash Days, you agree to the following terms and conditions:1. **Mumma2Be Offer:**- This offer is available to expectant mothers and postpartum clients who are no more than 3 months post-pregnancy.- The free Wash Day is limited to a maximum of 5 clients per month.- The client limit resets at the start of each new month.- Bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance.- This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.2. **Birthday Girl Offer:**- This offer is available to clients celebrating their birthday within the same month.- Clients are eligible to claim a free Wash Day once during their birthday month.- The offer is limited to a maximum of 5 clients per month.- The client limit resets at the start of each new month for those with upcoming birthdays.- Booking must be made in advance, and proof of birthdate (ID or similar) is required at the appointment.- Non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.3. **Student Discount:**- Students can claim a 20% discount on Wash Day and Wash Day Wig Ready services.- A valid student ID must be presented at the time of booking and on the day of the appointment.- There are no limits on how many times this discount can be used during your study years.- This discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offers.4. **Auntie Special (60+ Discount):**- Clients aged 60 and above are eligible for 30% off all services.- Proof of age may be required upon booking or at the appointment.- This discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offers.5. **General Terms for All Offers:**- All offers are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.- Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or loyalty programs unless otherwise stated.- No cash alternatives are available for any of the offers.- My Wash Days reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.- In case of late arrivals or missed appointments, the right to claim the promotion may be forfeited.- All offers apply to standard Wash Day services unless otherwise specified.6. **Cancellation Policy:**- Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least **72 hours** in advance.- Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiting the right to claim any promotions or discounts for that appointment.7. **Health and Safety:**- Clients are advised to inform the salon of any allergies, medical conditions, or specific care needs prior to the appointment.- My Wash Days reserves the right to refuse service if a client’s health or well-being could be compromised. **Appointment Changes by My Wash Days:**- My Wash Days reserves the right to modify or reschedule appointments in order to manage availability and ensure promotional offers do not overlap.- If your appointment needs to be changed, you will be notified in advance, and an alternative time will be arranged that suits both parties.- In the case of rescheduling by My Wash Days, your eligibility for the promotion will not be affected.
