Terms and Conditions

Stall Pricing for 2024:

- 4 x 4 meters: $396.50 (including GST)

- 3 x 4 meters: $357.50 (including GST)

- 3 x 3 meters: $312.00 (including GST)

- 3 x 2 meters: $266.50 (including GST)

- 2.4 x 2 meters: $240.50 (including GST)

2.) Forms: If you require a PDF or hard copy of the form, please request it via email for the quickest response.

3.) Special Requirements: If you have specific needs regarding stall placement or any other requests, please include these details in the Special Requirements and Requests section of the form.

4.) Photographs of Your Work: Recent photos of your work are necessary to determine the invitation list. While professional quality isn’t required, the photos should be well-presented. You can use your phone or someone else’s.

- **Image Size**: Maximum image size is 1 megabyte, which is sufficient for our needs (social media, product assessment, etc.).

- **Image Preparation**: For an easy way to resize images, we recommend using Adobe Express. It’s a free, online tool (requires an account) and is user-friendly. [Adobe Express Resize Tool](https://www.adobe.com/express/feature/image/resize)

5.) Stall Space: We cannot guarantee that you will have the same stall space as in 2023 should you be invited to this years fair.
