    Booths are rented on a first come, first served basis. 

  • Important Event Information

    Event begins at 10am on 12/7/2024, and ends at 4pm on 12/7/2024. Booth setup begins at 8am on 12/7/2024. Booths must be completed no later than 10am on 12/7/2024. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. Any vendors who have not paid in full by 11/16/2024, will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given). Food vendors must provide all food and heating equipment, but will be given electrical and water access. 

     

  • Signed Contracts/payment MUST be returned by Saturday, November 16, 2024.

  • CONTRACT AGREEMENT & LIABILITY RELEASE

    I fully understand and agree to all of the terms of this contract as stated. I agree that Bowman PTA, BOOP, Bowman Elementary School,  Day of Event Volunteers, ASD and its representatives are not liable and/or responsible for any damage, injuries, and/or lost or stolen merchandise related to the Bowman Holiday Bazaar.

    Vendor Policy – School Holiday Market
    To ensure a safe, welcoming, and family-friendly environment, all vendors must follow the guidelines below:

    Permitted Items: Products should be appropriate for a school setting and suitable for all ages. Items that are handmade, educational, seasonal, or family-oriented are encouraged.
    Prohibited Items:

    The following may not be sold or displayed:

    Weapons of any kind (including self-defense or non-lethal items)
    Tobacco, vaping, or related products
    Alcohol or controlled substances
    Inappropriate, offensive, or adult-themed items
    School Grounds Standards: All vendors must respect school property and comply with district policies.

    Event Committee Review: The Holiday Market Committee reserves the right to decline applications that do not align with these guidelines.
