I join in the appeal which I consent to have prepared by Tony D'Orazio of the Executive Committee decision 20240711-01 “Move to authorize the LNC to enter into a joint fund-raising agreement with the RFK, Jr. 2024 campaign” for violating the Party Bylaws, to include but not limited to Article 14 (though others may be brought in as support). This appeal is not duplicative of prior denied appeal as the issues raised will be ones that were explicitly not reached in prior majority opinion, primary that of explicit endorsement of major party candidate. I understand that I can withdraw my name or submit my own brief as well.

To appeal you need to be only ONE or the OTHER or both. You don't have to be both a delegate and a national members. The delegate threshold is lower so we are really trying to get delegates, but we can meet a higher threshold with national members. Please sign even if you are just one or the other. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN IF YOU DO NOT MEET EITHER OF THESE CRITERIA. The JC has in the past agreed to keep names confidential from LNC (delegates can be publicly confirmed and if needed, sustaining/life members) can be verified by staff if needed. But there is no guarantee that at least sustaining/lifetime member sigs will be kept confidential though all efforts will be taken.
