I understand that by signing this entry form I acknowledge that I am aware of the inherent risks associated with equine activities and accept full responsibility for any injury to myself that may occur at this show under A.R.S.12-553. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the facility, its owners, its employees, the show management, paid workers, volunteers and the Tucson Dressage Club from and against any and all loss, costs or expenses or any claims whatsoever while at this competition. I agree to waive all claims for property damage, injury to attendants or horses that may arise from participating at this show. If signing this form as a parent or guardian of a minor, I consent to the minor's participation and agree to all of the above provisions and agree to assume all of the obligations of this release on the minor's behalf.
