All riders and volunteers are required to agree to the waiver & release of liability below in order to participate.

Minor Riders:
A parent or guardian must accompany registrants under the age of 18 to sign the waiver at packet pick up. Parent or Guardian must also register and accompany the minor rider on the ride to be available to provide consent for medical treatment, if circumstances warrant.

Refund Policy
As a charity bike ride event, we do not give refunds for event cancellations due to weather or other elements beyond our control.
