The following criteria must be met in order to be considered for a transformative color service with Emily:
Brooks & Harlow Salon is located in Victor, NY just outside of Rochester. Are you willing to travel to our salon for your large scale color service as well as any maintenance services required after?*

Please be sure to part the hair in a straight line, and pull the hair taught so that Emily can get a clear visual of your hair history from roots to ends, as well as clearly see your gray pattern.
