Sponsor Agreement:
By submitting this form, the sponsor agrees to the terms outlined in the sponsorship levels and commits to providing the selected sponsorship amount by 10/1/2025. The organizer reserves the right to allocate benefits based on the sponsorship level and payment received.
Sponsor is responsible for providing and hanging/removing banner. If not local, please arrange with WCRH to receive and hang your banner.
Please provide swag bag items, if interested, to WCRH by 10/5/2025. Swag bag items can include promotional items (such as chapstick, lanyards, horse treats, stickers, hats, etc), flyers, business cards, coupons, etc.
