Carolyn Clark Coaching and Lisa Elsworth are responsible for the smooth running of our retreat in Bali and are committed to providing a team of experienced professionals to create the best possible experience for everyone attending.

Travel Restrictions & Cancellations
If unforeseen travel restrictions prevent the retreat from going ahead, the retreat will be postponed. Your deposits and payments can be applied to the new dates.
If the new dates are not suitable, refunds may be arranged.
Please note that payments are non-refundable unless the above circumstances apply.
If you cancel after making payments and your space can be filled, all payments (minus the non-refundable deposit) may be refunded.
All payments become non-refundable 6 months before the retreat.
➡️ It is essential to obtain travel insurance that covers cancellations for any reason.
If COVID or other restrictions force postponement within 6 months of the retreat, your payment will be credited to the rescheduled dates.
Please provide a copy of your travel insurance with your final payment.
Release of Liability
By joining the retreat, you acknowledge that certain risks may arise (travel, illness, natural events, accidents, etc.).
Carolyn Clark and Lisa Elsworth:
Will take all reasonable measures to ensure safety and care.
Cannot be held liable for medical care, evacuation, injury, illness, loss, or damages during the retreat.
Each participant is responsible for:
Their own travel insurance (we strongly recommend policies that include a “cancel for any reason” clause).
Their decision to voluntarily participate in all retreat activities.
By attending, you agree not to hold Carolyn Clark, Lisa Elsworth, or their affiliates liable for any claims, actions, or damages arising from your participation.

Once your deposit is received, you will be sent an invoice for the balance, which can be paid in full or in instalments. All payments must be made on or before the dates listed below.
Private Occupancy Room Payment Schedule:
Immediately: £500 deposit (non-refundable)
February 2026: £500 second payment
April 2026: £500 third payment
June 1st, 2026: £495 final payment
Please Note:
At least 50% of the total cost must be paid by 30th April 2026.
The full balance must be paid no later than 1st June 2026.
The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
50% of the total becomes non-refundable from 6 months before the retreat, unless your place can be filled.
