‘Wheel of Fortune’ competition is arranged, operated and sponsored by Ritter Implants GmbH & Co. KG.
Anyone who takes part in a competition must provide personal and contact data, otherwise a possible prize cannot be given.
Definitions, Overall Rules and Eligibility
1. Definitions:
“Venue” shall mean the specific location where the individual attends the booth and/or registers for the Competition. No Venue is a sponsor of the Competition.
“Competition(s)” shall include all items on booth associated with the game, as well as any audience giveaways as may be provided by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
“Eligible Individual” shall mean individuals who meet all criteria as set out in Paragraph 4 below.
“Contestant(s)” shall mean Eligible Individuals selected to participate as a contestant in the game.
“Registration Form” shall mean the registration form that each Eligible Individual who wishes to enter the Competition must complete, which includes the Eligible Individual’s full name, company/clinic name and contact information.
2. The purpose of these Rules is to govern the Promotion associated with the Sponsor through which Eligible Individuals can receive prizes through the game play described in Paragraph 13 below.
3. There is no ticket purchase required to participate in the Promotion. Only those who have filled in the Questionnaire Form, submitted/accepted the Privacy Policy, read and accepted the Rules will be allowed into the Competition.
4. Eligibility Requirements
a) “Eligible Individual” shall be defined as an individual who is 18 years old or older,
b) has and presents on request a valid form of government issued photo ID, such as passport, driver’s license, or other identification; and
c) is an official visitor of the Venue.
5. All decisions of the Sponsor regarding the interpretation of Rules, eligibility, game play, the order in which Contestants compete, or any other aspect of the Competition shall be made in the Sponsor’s sole discretion and will be final and binding on all Contestants without appeal. Prize(s) may only be awarded to Eligible Individuals.
6. Prize(s) is (are) not subject to exchange and/or monetary refund.
7. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval, if required.
8. Venue and the Sponsor are not responsible for lost, stolen, late, mutilated, or illegible Registration Forms nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Venue, Sponsor, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent an Eligible Individual’s ability to participate in the Promotion. All Registration Forms are the property of the Sponsor and cannot be revoked and will not be returned.
9. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, or an event beyond the control of Venue or the Sponsor corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Venue and Producer reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
10. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any game or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be in violation of criminal and/or civil laws and should such an attempt be made; Venue and the Sponsor reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
11. Venue and the Sponsor are not liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the Promotion, are not liable for events or errors by its respective employees or independent contractors for negligent conduct and are not liable for any equipment or software malfunction or the outcome of such malfunction.
12. By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Individuals agree to these Rules. Venue or the Sponsor may disqualify any person based on fraud, dishonesty, violation of the Rules or other misconduct, whether or not directly related to the Promotion.
13. Registration
Only Eligible Individuals are allowed to register to enter the Promotion. Each Eligible Individual who wishes to enter the Promotion must:
a) Fill in the online Registration Form
b) Accept the online version of the Privacy Policy
c) Read and accept the Rules
Eligible Individuals may only register once during the Venue.
Eligible Individuals may only participate in the Competition once during the Venue.
14. Conditions for the Awarding of and Winning of Prize:
Awarding of prizing is contingent to the following:
a) Contestant was an Eligible Individual
b) Contestant has filled in the online Registration Form
c) Contestant has accepted the online version of the Privacy Policy
d) Contestant has read the Rules
15. Game details
There is a spinnable wheel with 14 segments of different colors and a flipper. Prizes are written in the segments, one prize on each segment. Each participant spins the wheel one time. The wheel flipper stops on a space segment with a prize name written on it. The participant receives the prize written on the segment on which the wheel flipper stopped after the participant’s spinning.
16. Special Circumstances
All decisions of the Sponsor and/or its employees are Final. The Sponsor reserves the right to change, add to, delete from, modify or amend these rules at its sole discretion.
