Wednesday Morning Classes 9-10am: March 5th; 12th; 19th; 26th; April 2nd; 9th

Wednesday Evening Classes 6-7pm: March 5th; 12th; 19th; 26th; April 2nd; 9th

All classes cost £5 each. You can try your first ttwo classes free. Then buy single classes or pay £25 for 6 class credits which can be taken at any time.

Yoga on Prescription classes are risk assessed to be safe while taught remotely on Zoom. Posture work is simple and suitable for all abilities, with a focus on breathing and mindfulness. Please disclose any medical conditions that might affect your participation in the class. All participants join at their own risk.

This course is run on an honesty basis and Paul will not be keeping records of who or has not paid, so please keep a note of your class credits.

If you have any queries, please email Paul Fox on paulfoxashtanga@hotmail.com If you are ill or unable to attend a session you can use your class credit for the next class. Please joint the class at least 5 minutes before the start time and wear loose and comfortable clothing in a hazard free space. A chair, yoga mat, belt, and cushion are all useful but not essential
