Members may make their comments orally, use charts, or provide written handouts; however, electronic presentations are not permitted. Two periods are allocated on the Agenda for Member Comments. Sign-up is required before the Call to Order. Members are allocated five (5) minutes with no yielding of time between members. The President reserves the right to reduce the length of individual comments if the number of speakers is significantly high. During the First Member Comment period, members may speak on Agenda items only. The period will last a maximum of 30 minutes. Members unable to speak during the 30 minutes will be delayed until the Second Member Comment period. When signing up to speak, please provide your name, address or lot/section number, and the Agenda item number on which you will be commenting. Email address is optional.
