CANCELLATION POLICY

Please cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment as a cancellation fee. This applies to canceling a service. (ie: booking a haircut and custom blonding, then canceling the custom blonding with less than 48 hrs notice).

If you no show your appointment or cancel the day of, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. *All fees will be charged to the card on file.
