Credit Repair Service Agreement
By signing below, you hereby enter into the following agreement with A Plus Emergency Credit Repair. For the purposes of this agreement, "client" refers to the individual who has submitted their information through the online form available on our website at 800creditscore.net or Aplusemergencycreditrepair.com.
A Plus Emergency Credit Repair agrees to perform the following services:
Evaluate the client's current credit reports as listed with applicable credit reporting agencies and identify inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information. Advise the client on the necessary steps to be taken in conjunction with our company to dispute inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information contained in their credit reports. Prepare all necessary correspondence for disputing inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information in the client’s credit reports. Review credit profile status from the credit reporting agencies such as Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. Consulting, coaching, and monitoring services will be provided through personal meetings, webinars, video conferencing, telephone, email, or other forms of communication during normal business hours.
Fee Agreement
The client agrees to pay for the services according to "one" of the following payment options:
Two-Time Payment Option: [Best option if you have excessive negative items on your credit report]

Pay-Per-Deletion Option: [Best option if you have few negative items on your credit report]
[To Be Determined] Per account removed [To Be Determined] Per inquiry removed The client agrees to select their preferred payment option by checking the appropriate box during the agreement process or indicating their choice in writing. The selected payment plan will determine the billing process for the services provided. The client also agrees not to charge back any fee that has been paid using a credit card without giving A Plus Emergency Credit Repair the opportunity to correct, satisfy, or refund directly.
Authorization for Credit Repair Action
The client authorizes A Plus Emergency Credit Repair, 17350 State Highway 249 Ste 220 #1476, Houston, Texas 77064, to make, receive, sign, endorse, execute, acknowledge, deliver, and possess such applications, correspondence, contracts, or agreements as necessary to improve the client's credit. This authorization is effective only with respect to the three credit reporting agencies (TransUnion, Experian, Equifax) and any other necessary entities. This authorization may be revoked by the client at any time through written notice to A Plus Emergency Credit Repair. Any actions taken before revocation will not constitute a breach of the client's rights. This authorization will automatically expire 12 months from the date of signature, unless revoked earlier. A Plus Emergency Credit Repair is not authorized to make any further release or disclosure of the information received except as necessary for credit repair. The client states that any negative information is due to fraud, unauthorized activity, outdated, and/or inaccurate reporting, and grants A Plus Emergency Credit Repair full authority to take necessary action to address such issues with the three credit reporting agencies and other involved entities. The client acknowledges that if the negative information was caused by their own actions, they may not be accepted into this program. The client releases A Plus Emergency Credit Repair from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, or actions arising from the services provided as part of this agreement.
Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. You may obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau, which may charge a reasonable fee unless you qualify for a free report under specific conditions. You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organization Act. You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within 3 business days from the date of signing.
Limited Power of Attorney
The client appoints A Plus Emergency Credit Repair, its officers, agents, and designees as their true and lawful attorney-in-fact to act on their behalf in matters related to credit reports, credit scores, and/or negotiating debts. This includes signing documents on the client's behalf as if the client had personally signed them. This authorization remains in effect unless revoked in writing by the client. The client agrees to indemnify A Plus Emergency Credit Repair for any claims, damages, or costs that may arise from actions taken under this authority.
Notice of Right to Cancel
"You may cancel this contract, without penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the 3rd business day after signing this agreement. To cancel, mail or deliver a signed, dated copy of this cancellation notice to A Plus Emergency Credit Repair, 17350 State Highway 249 Ste 220 #1476, Houston, Texas 77064, stating, 'I hereby cancel this transaction.'"

By signing below, you acknowledge receipt of the Notice of Right to Cancel, confirm your understanding of the terms, and agree to the terms of this agreement.
