Walk n' Wheel to End ALS - Vendor Form
Thank you for your support! We are excited to have you join us this year. The Walk n' Wheel to End ALS will run from 8:30am - 12:00pm. Please arrive at the UNM Track and Soccer Complex by 8:00 am for table set up. You need to be set up and ready to go by 8:30am. Breakdown will begin at 11:30 - 12:00pm. We ask that you stay the entire duration of the event so our walkers can visit your booth! ALS will provide you with a 6 ft table and two chairs. Please bring shade and any marketing materials, games, and fun!! PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FORM BY WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 18, 2024 BY 5:00 PM. Excited to see you on Walk Day!!
