Payment Instructions
Please send the payment by e-transfer to payment@starssocceracademy.ca, or pay online using Debit or Credit through our payment link above.

Ensure that you include the player’s name, age group, days attending, and month in the message section of the e-transfer.
After the trial session, please complete your payment (Monthly Registration Fee and Kit) within 24 hours to secure your spot.

Acknowledgment of Risk:
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in the Edmonton Stars Soccer Academy involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, injuries related to playing soccer, and other risks associated with physical activity. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, personal injury, or death that may arise during participation in any activities associated with the Academy.

Release of Liability:
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Edmonton Stars Soccer Academy, its coaches, staff, volunteers, or other participants from any and all liability for any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or injuries, including death, property damage, or loss, that may arise from prticipation in the Academy's activities.

Photographic/Media Release:
I grant permission for photographs and videos taken during the Academy's activities to be used for promotional purposes on the Edmonton Stars Soccer Academy website, social media, or other platforms without compensation.

Refund Policy:
Withdrawal Before Start: Full refund if withdrawn at least 7 days before the session for month begins.
Withdrawal After Start: Refunds for withdrawals after the sessions has started for this month, will be considered case-by-case and subject to a pro-rated fee can reach to full amount.
Non-Refundable Fees
Kits are non-refundable unless defective or incorrectly sized. In such cases, exchanges may be arranged.
Program Cancellation
Full refunds will be issued if the academy cancels a program.
Request Process
Submit refund requests via email to support@starssocceracademy.ca within 7 days of withdrawal.
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.

By signing this document, I confirm that I have read and understand its contents and agree to be bound by its terms. I acknowledge that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
