- Service Dog
- My Personal Service dog “Moni” will be present in the salon during your service. If you are not comfortable with a service dog being in the salon during your service please let me know as soon as possible.
- No Refunds
- Hair By Kendra Janelle does not offer refunds of any kind on hair extensions or services completed in the salon. All quotes are valid for 30 days, and pricing is subject to change after that timeframe. Extension clients have 7 days from installation to disclose any issues with the hair extensions or for a replacement to be considered.
- All products/retail are final sales.
- Extensions are final sales, and no returns/exchanges will be allowed.
- Cancellations
- Your Appointments are very important and are reserved specifically for you. We understand that sometimes schedule changes are necessary. We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or service changes. If you cancel your appointment the day of or past the 48-hour timeframe, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the service for which you were scheduled.
- If there is a repeat of cancellation history you may be prohibited from scheduling future appointments at the salon in the future.
- No Shows
- If you don’t contact the salon to cancel your appointment and you are a no-show, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment cost.
- Late Policy
- If you arrive 20 minutes late, you may forfeit your hair appointment and will be charged 100% of the service cost. If this is a repeat history of tardiness, you be prohibited from scheduling future appointments at Hair By Kendra Janelle Salon.
- Credit Card Requirement
- A Credit Card must be kept on file to reserve your appointment. We require a credit card on file in case of a breach of our cancellation or no-show policy.
- In-Salon Rules
- For safety and sanitation, Hair By Kendra Janelle Salon does not allow children or infants in the salon. We do not allow other guests in the salon unless permission is requested first.
- Please do not bring any animals or outside products to the salon.
