All bills, claims and accounts which Subcontractor has incurred to any person, firm or corporation for materials, labor and/or services furnished in connection with the work performed by Subcontractor to the Contractor's property thorugh the date of

have been paid, settled or discharged in full and no basis exists for the filing of a lien claim thereon by virtue of Subcontractor’s work.

This Lien Release shall inure to the benefit of Owner, Contractor and their Successors and Assigns.
