Consignment Form Vinyl Floors and Props

Before listing any items for sale on our website, the consignor must provide:

1. Contact Guard Closet: Reach out to us with your intent to consign props or floors.

2. Provide Item Information: Submit the required item details as listed above.

3. Set Sales Price: Determine your desired sales price and inform us.

4. Agreement to Exclusivity (Band Director Only):
Sign the exclusivity agreement, confirming that Guard Closet will serve as the sole agent for the sale of your items.

5.Listing: Guard Closet will list your items on our website, adding the 25% commission to your sales price.

6. Sale and Shipping: Once an item is sold, Guard Closet will manage the shipping or pick-up logistics and coordinate with the consignor for storage and handling until the item is transferred.

Shipping/Delivery Details Storage Requirements

Shipping and Storage:
We are unable to store any items that cannot be shipped in a box.
All items must be stored by the consignor until sold.

Role of Guard Closet Agent Services: Guard Closet will act as the "agent" facilitating the sale of large consignment items.

Freight and Pick-Up: Guard Closet will manage and facilitate the freight shipping or pick-up of the items once sold.
