In your email, please briefly share your background, your current education situation, and why you are interested in enrolling at FIA. Our team will review your information and guide you through the appropriate enrollment and scholarship process.

Important: If you submit this enrollment form without first contacting FIA by email, you will not be eligible to apply for future FIA scholarships or financial assistance.

This enrollment form is only for students who have completed the FIA enrollment process, received enrollment approval, and completed their tuition payment.
