Ìṣẹ̀ṣe (Ifa) Initiation Form

Your stay will be for 6 nights. Your arrival night stays in Lagos (1 night) and (1 night) departure night stay in Lagos; and, your flights to Lagos, Nigeria, nor the roundtrip transportation to and from the hotel (approximately $25) are NOT included in the initiation cost. We will provide the links and information for you to book your hotel stay. I highly suggest that you take 3 days off after you return to your respective home country.

If you decide to arrive days earlier or stay longer, you may do so. These arragements will not be made by us.

You understand that Shondra Cheris LLC nor our affiliates or partners are not to be held liable for anything outside of your initiation ceremony and roundtrip transportation from Lagos to our initation city (4 hours away) and some meals.

You are responsible for gifts, additional meals, external sightseeing, tours, etc. You are responsible for your flight and the required VISA to enter Nigeria. We do not handle this. Here is the link to the documents required for a Nigerian Visitors Visa. We will provide the information for where you are staying once your first payment is made. If you require a visitors letter, please request one. The earliest you can get your VISA is 90 days before travel. Address(es) of where you will be staying will be provided for your Visa. You may do visa on arrival (14 day visa) for an additional cost that won't require you to do the other steps. Inquire about the visa upon arrival signing up for the current cost.

Price: $480 (including convenience fee)

Price is based on current Naira to USD exchange rate at the time of this notice.

Submission of passport data page is required with payment no less than 2 weeks prior to departure.

You may still follow the standard Visa requirements listed above.

Price: $6650 for Initiation excluding the things mentioned above. Non-refundable.

Deposit: $1500 Non-refundable deposit will be required to solidify your spot. 

Final payment: Due May 10, 2025 by 5 p.m. ET. Full and final payment date.

After your initial deposit payment of $1500, those of you that need a monthly payment plan, may pay your monthly payments between the 1st and the 15th of each month through April. Your final payment or your full remaining balance will be paid in full by 5 p.m. ET on May 10, 2024.

If you desire to make extra payments or pay more than requested per month, you may do so.

Payments will be made via Zelle, ACH or Stripe Only.

Details will be provided to you based on the payment method you select by my assistant or myself via email only. Please check your spam and the email address maybe from @gmail.com.

When paying via Stripe, an additional fee, which you are responsible for adding to the transaction, will need to be added for each payment due in order for the proper amount to be received. Please Google and use a Stripe Fee calculator to determine the fee for the amount you provide as fees vary based on amount paid. Stripe does allow you to utilize, Klarna, Affirm and other payment options.

You are responsible for keeping track of your payments.
