Delivery time: whenever your submission is next up in the queue.

• Provides general comments on the overall production and composition.

• Feedback length: 1-2 paragraphs with suggestions for improvement.

 

Detailed Feedback ($20):

Delivery time: 1 to 2 days

• Provides detailed analysis in the areas selected by the artist (e.g., production quality, composition, mixing & mastering).

• Feedback length: Approximately 2-3 paragraphs per section.

 

Super In-Depth Analysis ($50):

Delivery time: within 1 day

• Includes an in-depth review of all the selected feedback areas.

• Feedback length: Detailed, with approximately 5-6 paragraphs per section.

1. What is the difference between basic and paid feedback?

Basic Feedback is free and provides general comments on your track’s overall production and composition. The feedback is shorter (1-2 paragraphs) and delivered when your submission comes up in the queue.

Paid Feedback offers more detailed insights and quicker turnaround times. You can choose either detailed feedback for $20 (1-2 days) or super in-depth analysis for $50 (within 1 day).

 

2. How do I submit my track for feedback?

You can submit your track by either providing a link (e.g., YouTube, SoundCloud) or uploading a file directly through our form. We accept formats such as WAV, MP3, and FLAC.

 

3. Can I get feedback on specific areas of my track?

Yes! In the submission form, you can select specific areas where you'd like feedback, such as production quality, mixing & mastering, composition, vocals, and more.

 

4. How long does it take to receive feedback?

Basic Feedback (FREE): we'll work the list from the earliest submission to the latest.

Detailed Feedback ($20): 1-2 days.

Super In-Depth Feedback ($50): within 1 day.

 

5. What if I need feedback urgently?

You can opt for the Super In-Depth Feedback option for $50, and you will receive feedback within 24 hours.

 

6. Will the feedback be written or verbal?

All feedback is written by default, but if you select the Super In-Depth Feedback option, you can also request verbal feedback via a 10-minute call or audio notes.

 

7. Can I submit multiple tracks at once?

Yes, you can submit multiple tracks for feedback. Each track requires a separate submission and payment if opting for paid feedback.

 

8. How do I pay for paid feedback?

After submitting the form, you will be prompted to make a payment via our secure payment system. Once the payment is confirmed, your track will be placed in the paid feedback queue.

 

9. Do you offer refunds for paid feedback?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds once feedback has been provided. If there is an issue with your feedback, feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to address it.

 

10. Can I request revisions to the feedback I receive?

If you need clarification or further insights based on the feedback you’ve received, you can request a follow-up within 7 days of receiving the initial feedback.

 

11. How detailed is the written feedback?

The level of detail depends on the feedback option you select. Basic feedback includes general comments (1-2 paragraphs), while paid feedback options are more thorough and structured (2-3 or 5-6 paragraphs per section, depending on the tier).

 

12. Do you offer feedback on lyrics?

Yes, if your track includes vocals, we offer feedback on lyrics. Be sure to select the “Lyrics” option in the feedback expectations section if you would like us to focus on this.

 

13. Can I request feedback on remixes or mashups?

Yes, we accept remixes, mashups, and other non-traditional compositions. Please ensure that you have the necessary permissions for any copyrighted material in your submission.

 

14. What genres do you specialize in for feedback?

We provide feedback across a variety of genres, including electronic, pop, rock, hip-hop, jazz, classical, and more. If your genre is not listed, feel free to choose “Other,” and we’ll still offer comprehensive feedback based on your submission.

 

15. How do I know if my track is ready for feedback?

Your track does not need to be fully finished. We offer feedback on demos, works-in-progress, and unreleased tracks. Simply specify the release status in the form, and we'll tailor our feedback accordingly.

 

16. Will my track and personal information remain private?

Yes, we take your privacy seriously. Your music and personal details will not be shared or distributed without your consent. If you’d like us to use your track for promotional purposes, you can let us know separately.

 

17. Can I get feedback if my track has already been released?

Absolutely! We provide feedback for both unreleased and released tracks. This can help if you're looking for ways to improve future projects based on past releases.

 

18. Can I request feedback multiple times for the same track?

Yes, you can resubmit the same track for feedback, especially if you’ve made revisions or changes based on previous feedback. Just mention that it’s a revised version in the additional notes section and we'll give you feedback for free.

 

19. Can I request feedback from a specific member of your team?

If you'd like feedback from a specific person at CollabHaven Records, please mention it in the additional notes section. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

 

20. What if I don’t agree with the feedback?

Our feedback is designed to be constructive and helpful, but we understand that musical preferences vary. If you have any concerns about the feedback provided, feel free to reach out, and we can discuss it further.
