Notes

1. This form has been designed on a "multi use" basis. You should choose the section or sections, which reflect the arrangements on your particular park.

2. For example, toilet, shower and hand basin facilities may be specifically intended for long or short-term sections or, facilities may jointly serve both. Where ensuites serve individual sites or serviced sites are reserved only for units with their own individual facilities, those sites may be excluded when calculating communal facilities.

3. Laundry facilities are not specifically recognised for the "service site" concession explained in Note 2. Laundry facilities should therefore be calculated on the basis of all sites on the premises except where a concession based on special factors involved may have been granted under clause 12(3) by Council.

4. Campsites; calculations for facilities may be based on 2 campsites equalling 1 site.
Yass Valley Council will issue an invoice once your application has been processed.
