Terms and Conditions
1. Market Space:
• Designated space for Vendor's table/booth/stall.
• Space dimensions: 6-foot / 8-foot table
• Bring your 10*10 tent (available during summer)
2. Utilities and Facilities:
• Access to electricity (yes ).
• Access to water (yes ).
• Waste disposal facilities.
3. Marketing and Promotion:
• Inclusion in event marketing materials.
• Promotion of Vendor’s participation through social media and other channels.
4. Logistics Support:
• Assistance with booth setup and teardown.
• On-site support during the event.
The Vendor agrees to:
1. Setup and Teardown:
• Set up table/booth/stall no later than 1 hours before the event starts.
• Tear down table/booth/stall no later than 1 hour after the event ends.
• Ensure the table/booth/stall is always clean and tidy.
2. Product Display and Sales:
• Display products in an attractive and professional manner.
• Handle all sales transactions and provide your own payment processing equipment.
3. Compliance:
• Obtain all necessary permits and licenses for selling products.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
4. Insurance:
• Maintain liability insurance coverage and provide proof upon request.
Important for Food Vendors:
• Vendors selling edible products (food or treats) must provide liability insurance at least one week before the
• Food trucks will also need to provide a valid food permit.
5. Giveaway basket:
• Vendors are required to provide an item for the giveaway basket.
Payment Terms
The total fee for participating in the Market is
1.Bring your own 6-foot table: $50(after tax)
2.Provided 6-foot table: $60 (after tax)
3.Provided 8-foot table: $65 (after tax)
Note: Two chairs are included per spot!
4.Food Trucks: $90 (after tax) The proof of the liability insurance is required at least a week before event.

If your application is accepted, full payment will be required within 3 days. Vendors are required to provide payment by E-transfer. If payment is not received by the specified date, the spot will be immediately given to the next person on the wait list.
Cancellation policy
- If the Vendor cancels their participation more than 30 days before the event, 50% of payments will be
refunded. Less than 30 days before the event: No refund.
- If the Organizer cancels the event, all payments made by the Vendor will be refunded in full.
Liability:
- The Organizer shall not be held liable for any damages, loss, or injury that occurs during the event
unless caused by the Organizer’s negligence or willful misconduct.
Indemnification:
- The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer against any claims, damages, losses,
or expenses arising from their participation in the event.
