Return and Refund Policy Instructions
All return requests, claims of mis-shipments, shortages, or defective workmanship must be made within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@twoinoneshoulderpads.com and complete this Return/Exchange Authorization Form. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, and returns must be sent to the address provided on your packing slip.
Within one week of receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are new and unused. Upon successful inspection, we will issue a refund, minus any applicable restocking fees. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for a different size, follow these steps for the fastest processing:
- Contact us via email and fill out the Return/Exchange Form.
- Email the completed exchange form back to us.
- Return the item to the address listed on the packing slip. Once we accept the return and receive your tracking number (please note that return labels are not provided), we will ship out the new item.
Free Basic Shipping: We offer free basic shipping on all exchanges.
Expedited Shipping: If you need expedited shipping, contact us via email, and we will provide the additional cost details.
Please allow up to 7 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse for inspection and shipping of the new item. For faster turnaround, contact customer support, though no guarantees can be made.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee will apply to certain returns that are not due to a manufacturer’s defect. These fees are as follows:
Youth Shoulder Pad Sets: $15.00
Youth Shells or Vests: $10.00
Adult Carbon Shoulder Pad Sets: $60.00
Adult Poly Sets: $30.00
Adult Vests: $20.00
Adult Poly Shells: $20.00
Adult Carbon Shells: $50.00
Back Plates: No restocking fee
