Thank you for registering your interest in our Team Placements for 2025. Next year is going to be a big, exciting adventure for Formation with new classes, Global Games & much more!

All athletes new & returning should fill in this form prior to our Team Placements to ensure we have your up to date details and tryout session bookings.

All potential placements are invited to particpate in our Formation Experience Week from November 25-28th. New dancers will be able to come & experience life at Formation & see what our studio, classes & teachers are like. This is completely free, but is not compulsory for those wanting to do placement.

Team Placements will be held on Wednesday December 11th at the following times -

Under 12 years (Jazz/Pom/Lyrical) - 4:30pm

Under 12 years (Hip Hop) - 5:15pm

Over 13 years (Hip Hop) - 6pm

Over 13 years (Jazz/Pom/Lyrical) - 6:45pm

Tiny dancers (6 years & under) do not need to attend Team Placement Day.

Please come in proper dance clothes & shoes with a water bottle, warmed up & ready to dance.
I will be attending:

- Team Placement will be held at the Formation Studio - 10 Mannington Rd, Acacia Ridge
- Dancers are required to audition for their youngest team first before dancing up an age group
- Dancers are welcome to audition for just one style
- Dancers particpating in a Jazz, Lyrical or Pom team are required to participate in a Ballet or Technique class during 2025 to compliment their training
- Although the upmost care will be taken by Formation teachers & staff throughout the team placement process, dancers participate at their own risk
- If you have a previous condition that we should be aware of, please let us know - this will not hinder your placement in anyway
