Each meal requires a non-refundable booking fee in the amount of $125.00. This *does not* go towards the cost of the meal.

Each meal will need to be paid directly to the chef at the end of each meal. If you are having the chef for multiple days, we recommend speaking with the chef upon the first arrival and arranging payment preferences directly with them. (i.e. pay for the full week at the beginning or end etc...)

There is a transportation fee of $20.00 p/meal that will be included in the bill paid directly to the chef.

Ghyd will provide you with an exact quote for the full amount you will need to pay to the chef within 30 days prior to your trip.

Gratuity is up to you and your group but 15%-20% is suggested.
