Corporate Recruiter - Remote Community Health Systems
Join the Community Health Systems Talent Acquisition team as a Corporate Recruiter and expand your expertise in the Health Systems recruiting field. This role provides valuable exposure to the healthcare industry, opportunities to connect with professionals across diverse business functions, and clear pathways for growth within a large, collaborative team. You'll collaborate with senior recruiters, gaining insights and support to further develop your recruiting skills.
This position is best aligned with 1-3 years of recruiting experience to:
- Support the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer acceptance for a variety of corporate roles, including accounting, finance, business analytics, IT, and
- Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and create compelling job postings.
- Utilize multiple sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract and engage qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments through phone interviews and resume reviews to ensure a strong fit with job requirements and company culture.
- Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate feedback from hiring teams, and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly for corporate roles such as accounting, finance, business analytics, and IT.
- Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates using various tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS and CRM)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset and the desire to grow your recruiting expertise alongside a team of seasoned professionals.
