The Direct Debit Guarantee

This guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.

If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit BPS re: THE MOUNTBATTEN SCHOOL will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed.

If you request BPS re: THE MOUNTBATTEN SCHOOL to collect payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of request. If an error is made in payment of your Direct Debit, by BPS re: THE MOUNTBATTEN SCHOOL or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.

If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when BPS re: THE MOUNTBATTEN SCHOOL asks you to.

You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society, written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us one calendar month before cancellation.

Induction Waiver

Personal Best Education recommend all new members undertake induction training. Our trained staff will provide knowledge and training on our facilities and equipment. However, we understand that some of you may be experienced gym users and may not require this training. You have 2 options, if you would like induction training, please select the option below and our team will contact you to schedule a time, unfortunately, you can not use the facility until this has been completed. If however, you do not require the training and want to get started as soon as possible, please sign below to confirm that you do not require an induction as you are competent gym user and deemed safe to proceed.
